Pathfinder’s Management Services Division provides our client partners with the best possible managed services for RV resorts, glamping and hard roof accommodation, vacation rental, mobile-home, or campground properties. With the opportunity to become a branded Pathfinder resort, we can offer reservation services, marketing, program and activity development, financial and administration services, staffing & HR, training, business and land development and expansion planning. Pathfinder is focused on growing our network of RV resort properties though both owned properties and by creating strategic opportunities to expand our managed services to existing and future operations.

Our team has been operating and managing camp resorts for the past 25 years. We have a wealth of experience managing tourism accommodations in several capacities. Our team started in the mid 1990s and has experience working with different ownership groups as well as with local and provincial governments and First Nations Governments. We provide unique and valuable insight into what is required to manage, improve, and grow a property.

HOW DO WE GET STARTED?

Our team will assess the needs of your resort and work with you to determine the best path forward. We’ll draft a management contract and present it to your team, and you can choose what services are right for you.

We understand every property and ownership situation is unique.  Pathfinder can offer a variety of agreements that best suit your unique situation.

  1. Start with a conversation.
  2. Meet with our team to see how we can partner with you and your ownership group. These discussions will be held in confidence. After we meet and understand your needs, we can then provide a no obligation proposal with options and our initial views on your property.

  3. Draft & sign contract.
  4. Once we agree to work together, we will draft a contract and start operations at an agreed upon time.

  5. Develop long-term operation & development plan.
  6. We will gather input and information from all stakeholders, ownership, local government, and current staff where appropriate. This business plan will then be presented to property ownership for approval.
