Welcoming 2026: A Look Back at 2025 with Pathfinder Camp Resorts

As we welcome 2026, we want to take a moment to reflect on the year behind us — and say a genuine thank you to everyone who camped, supported, and shared moments with us in 2025.

In 2025, more Canadians chose to explore closer to home, and we were honoured to be part of so many journeys across campgrounds in BC. From family RV trips to cozy cabin stays and winter camping adventures, last year reminded us that camping is about more than a destination, it’s about the experience.

What We Accomplished in 2025

This past year brought exciting firsts, thoughtful improvements, and meaningful changes — all guided by one goal: making your camping experience better and more convenient.

Here’s what we worked on across our campgrounds in British Columbia:

  • Launched our first-ever Pathfinder merchandise, including an official collaboration with ROOTS and collectible Pathfinder stickers
  • Strengthened our commitment to supporting local communities and small businesses, especially as more travelers chose domestic and regional camping
  • Introduced a Pathfinder mobile app to help campers stay informed and make their stays more convenient
  • Upgraded our Winter Camping Program with a fully digital registration system for easier sign-ups
  • Hosted our biggest Black Friday camping sale ever, helping guests lock in 2026 camping dates at the best value

These updates were guided by one goal: creating better camping experiences across our parks, season after season.

A Year Built on Community and Care

Like all outdoor adventures, 2025 came with its share of changing weather and shifting travel plans. Throughout it all, our focus remained on clear communication, preparedness, and guest support.

We’re incredibly grateful for:

  • Our park teams who show up every day
  • Our local partners who continue to support and collaborate
  • And our campers — who share their photos, stories, meals, traditions, and memories with us

You turned simple stays into meaningful experiences, and everyday moments into lasting memories.

As we step into 2026, we’re excited and grounded.

Whether you’re planning long weekends in 2026, booking a summer RV trip, or looking forward to winter camping in BC, we look forward to welcoming you back.

Here’s to new memories, familiar faces, and more moments worth remembering in 2026.
