Pathfinder Camp Resorts is currently searching for a Campground Manager/Host for the 2023 season to begin May 1st until the end of September.

The position will be located in the Fraser Valley and requires living on-site for the camping season. Accommodation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Knowledge of infrastructure and maintenance skills – i.e.: some knowledge of hydro, water, sewer, and the ability to make minor repairs as well as learn to open and close the park and pool.
  • A hospitable nature – previous campground or hospitality industry experience a definite asset.
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • A passion for wanting to please our guests including a sense of urgency in responding to guest requests and a desire to achieve guest satisfaction.
  • Computer competency: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Reservation software
  • Checking in visitors, overnight campers, processing payments.
  • Ability to work alone and within a staff Team.
  • Physically fit, able to lift, bend, walk up to 5km per day and work outside during all weather.
  • Self-starter, ability to work with limited direction, assess issues as they arise, and problem-solve.

This is a full-time, live onsite, seasonal position that requires a flexible work week and an on-call requirement.

The position will include on-site accommodation (Taxable benefit as per CRA) and a monthly salary of, 4,160.
